The ambition for the redevelopment of the former Roto Smeets printing complex is to create a surprising, urban, and sustainable mixed-use district. The historical layering of the area is an important theme. The industrial heritage of the printing complex, with its shed roofs, will be preserved and become one of the hotspots of the new neighborhood.
